East Durham Creates are searching for 30 people from across East Durham to take part in our famous festival of light which runs from the 16th-19th November 2017.

For this year’s Lumiere festival in Durham, East Durham Creates are searching for 30 people aged 14+, from across East Durham to be a part of a choreographed public dance performance.

If you are interested in taking part you/your group NEED to be available for ALL of the following;

  • Saturday 11th November, 12 – 4pm: Rehearsal workshop at Easington Social Welfare Centre. (bring your lunch and a bottle of water)
  • Friday 17th November, from 12.30pm – 10.30pm: Refresher rehearsal & Lumiere performances in the evening (transport provided)
  • Sunday 19th November from 12.30pm – 10.30pm: Refresher rehearsal & Lumiere performances in the evening (transport provided)

This opportunity is open to all, training will be given, no previous dance experience necessary!
