We are excited to announce that our Cultural Hub programme is back for 2019, bringing you a wider range of art events, across even more venues! We are also excited to announce that Eastlea Community Centre and Dawdon Youth and Community Centre are joining the Cultural Hub programme. So along with our existing  Cultural Hubs (The Greenhill’s Centre, Horden Youth and Community Centre, Shotton Partnership 2000 LTD, Blackhall Community Centre and Trimdon Station Community Centre), there are now seven community venues delivering fantastic artistic events and activities in East Durham

During 2019 our Cultural Hubs are looking at developing their centres to deliver more tailored art events to suit their local communities. Meaning that our Cultural Hubs will be bringing you a wide range of creative performances for you to choose from. Over the past few months, we have seen our hubs planning their new direction. Over the coming year there will be theatre performances, improv nights, dementia friendly performances, outdoor events, ‘Go & See’ research trips as well as spoken word nights. Keep up to date with our Cultural Hub programme via our website.
